Temporary Suspension of Lobby Access

COVID-19 - Keeping all of us safe.


Your safety and that of our employees is of great concern. To assist in the effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend lobby access at our locations.  Our Drive-Thru facilities continue to operate with normal business hours.  Our staff stands ready to assist you whether they are located within our branch locations or as they work remotely from their homes.  

We remind you of all the 24x7 digital products that help you easily access your accounts electronically from your home or business on a PC or MAC, via your tablet or smartphone. These products include:

  • The ability to monitor transactions daily
  • Mobile deposit capture that enables you to deposit checks by taking pictures of them with your smartphone
  • Transfer of funds between both internal and external accounts
  • Online Bill Payment which you can set up for one-time or recurring payments or pay people with POP Money
  • Telephone Banking available 24 x 7 with our Solution Center assocites available from 9:00 to 5:00 - just call us at  (877) 426-2498.
  • Direct Deposit is easily established for your payroll, Social Security or other regularly occurring deposits (contact us to set this up).
  • Access cash or make deposits through any FBT ATM or use any Community Cash network ATM at no charge.  During this time and until further notice, we will not charge foreign ATM fees and will refund up to $3.00 per transaction at non-FBT or Community Cash network ATMs.
  • FBT debit and credit cards can be used for immediate payment and/or cash needs.
  • e-Statements provide electronic delivery of bank statements.

We also encourage you to closely monitor your accounts during this time as unfortunately, cyber-criminals tend to be more active in times of emergencies.  

We expect the lobby closure to be temporary and will keep updates published so you are aware of any changes in your banking services.
