News Release-Website Navigation Changes

Coming Soon! Website Navigation Changes.

New Orleans, LA, March 12, 2021 – First Bank and Trust (FBT) is announcing changes to our website to improve user navigation and to make things easier to find.  Our website provides customers with the quickest and easiest way to find information about our services, products, contact information and other useful content.  You will see these changes on Friday, March 19 so don’t be alarmed, you have not reached a counterfeit site.  It’s just us making things better and easier for you!

From the home page navigation menu, you will still be able to find the same menus for Business, Personal, Tuition, Mortgage and other Resources.  The primary menus will not change but you will see expanded options under each of them as well as new content that we believe will provide added value for you. New content includes:

  • The Business Menu is expanded to reflect all our business products and services.
  • The Personal Menu is expanded to reflect all our personal products and services; check out Zelle.  Zelle is an easy way to send and receive money right from your mobile phone.
  • The Tuition Menu has been expanded to include all tuition banking services for parents, and schools as well as direct links to login to the Tuition portal.
  • The Mortgage Menu now shows all of our mortgage loan program and you can click to choose your loans officer, find mortgage locations, and leave information for us to contact you.
  • Our Resources menu is better organized and provides significant and expanded details for our digital product offering for both business and personal customers.

By far, the biggest change under our Resources Menu is the development of a robust Financial Education Center committed to the financial health and wellbeing of the individuals that live in the communities we serve. The content provides stepping stones for improving your financial knowledge and helping you to build a more secure future. The program includes articles on topics ranging from basic finances to building your business knowledge, how-to videos with step-by-step instructions on how to use our products, and click-thru demos that allow you to try out some of our products in a safe environment.  Also included is information about Zogo, a fun financial education app that can build knowledge right from the palm of your hand.
