• Guaranteed on-time payment delivery for properly submitted payments
• Flexible payment scheduling

• Easy capability to change or delete scheduled payments
  
  Our upgraded Online Bill Pay Service will help accurately schedule payments - both electronic and checks to be mailed. The guaranteed on-time payment delivery offers two options for scheduling a payment - a) 2 business days for electronic payments and b) 5 business days for a mailed check. As the calendar is set up to schedule bills to be paid, the system will show your required lead time. For each bill being paid, both the "send on" date (to schedule a payment) and the "deliver by" date (the date the payee should receive your payment) will be shown.

You'll have additional options for Business Online Bill Pay:

Multiple-Level Support to Control User Access

• Secondary users can process payments with approval
• System will notify user when payment approvals are required
•  Audit Tracking with payment history that includes who set up and who approved the payment.
   

The level of security is customized for your firm. There is a single primary user who serves as the bill pay administrator while additional secondary users may be set up to process bills.  Their access options can vary by user but all payment requests are confirmed and approved by the administrator.
